Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and service

By using Star Swarm, you agree to these terms. Star Swarm provides an arcade game, optional account synchronization, Career progression, leaderboards, community links, and advertising-supported features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Guest play does not require an account. Optional login is provided through a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for access to your login account and for accurate profile information. Do not impersonate another person or use names intended to deceive, threaten, or infringe rights.

3. Leaderboards and fair play

Automated play, score tampering, modified clients, exploitation of bugs, abusive names, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to access another account are prohibited. Scores or accounts may be limited, corrected, or removed when reasonably necessary to protect fair rankings and the service.

4. Advertising and rewarded benefits

The web build may display non-rewarded advertising after required production and consent settings are complete. A native app may offer optional rewarded ads, interstitials, app-open ads, or banners. A reward has no cash value and is granted only after the native provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

5. Purchases

Direct sales disabled

Star Swarm does not currently sell digital goods directly. No purchase button or payment instruction on an unofficial page is authorized. If paid products are introduced, the applicable store billing system, price, supply timing, cancellation/refund terms, minor-purchase notice, and seller information will be shown before purchase. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

The service, game code, visual design, audio, text, and branding are protected by their applicable licenses and intellectual-property laws. Repository access does not grant permission to misrepresent an unofficial build as the official service or to reuse third-party assets outside their licenses.

7. Availability and changes

Features, balance, rewards, ranking periods, providers, and supported platforms may change. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, or force majeure may interrupt access. Reasonable notice will be used for material changes when practicable.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent preservation of guest-device data, a particular ranking, or ad availability. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for material breach, security risk, illegal activity, or harm to other users. You may stop using guest play at any time and may request deletion of account-linked personal data through the contact route.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without reducing any mandatory protection available to a consumer in their place of residence. Please contact support first so the parties can attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith.
